The Canopy is an assisted living community, not a skilled nursing facility or inpatient rehabilitation center. Short-term recovery stays are appropriate when a resident’s needs can safely be met within our licensed level of care.

Support with medication routines according to the resident’s assessed needs and care plan.
ADL Assistance
Help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility as appropriate.
Therapy Access
Residents may receive physical, occupational, or speech therapy when clinically appropriate.
Transportation Support
Transportation assistance for follow-up appointments and ongoing care coordination when available.
Fresh, Home-Cooked Meals
Consistent meals and hydration in a welcoming dining environment help support routine and recovery.

Team members are available around the clock to provide assistance within The Canopy’s licensed scope of care.
Therapy & Wellness
Continue Building Strength & Mobility
Residents may receive therapy and mobility support from the rehabilitation team, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy when clinically appropriate.
Therapy services may be covered by Medicare Part B when medically necessary and when the resident is eligible. Coverage is determined by Medicare and the treating provider; The Canopy does not guarantee coverage.
